1. Educational purpose
The Arbitrage Playbook teaches ways people may earn money by finding gaps in prices, services, useful information, and access. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, insurance, or other professional advice. Dollar examples are for planning and comparison only. They are not promises or guarantees.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for independently validating demand, costs, laws, licenses, platform rules, insurance, contracts, taxes, safety, and suitability before acting on any Play. You accept the risks of your own business decisions.
3. Accounts and access
When real accounts launch, members must provide accurate information and protect their login details. Access is for the person who bought it. It may not be resold, posted publicly, copied by automated tools, or used to build a competing content library. The current demo does not create a secure account.
4. Purchases and renewals
Final pricing, refund eligibility, renewal timing, and cancellation steps must be displayed at checkout before billing goes live. The prices shown in this demo are product concepts only and no payment is collected.
5. Intellectual property
The platform’s original writing, structure, branding, and design are protected content. Members may use what they learn to operate their own lawful businesses, but may not redistribute the Play briefs or sell copies of the library.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to facilitate fraud, deception, unlawful resale, evasion of licenses, unsafe practices, infringement, spam, or violations of marketplace terms. We may restrict access when conduct threatens users, the platform, or third parties.
7. No guarantee and limitation
Business outcomes are uncertain. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of earnings, availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular business purpose. Final limitation-of-liability language requires legal review.
8. Changes and contact
